So you want to know about the Minecraft 1.19, The Wild update? The Wild update, first announced in October 2021, is a major addition for the Java edition of the beloved game. It is now live.
The update features a variety of new features, including new biomes like Deep Dark and Mangrove swamp, as well as new Minecraft mobs like The Warden, and the allay mob which won the Minecraft mob voting in 2021. The Minecraft 1.19 The Wild update includes new world generation, such as ancient cities that spawn underground in the Deep Dark. The Deep Dark features new items such as disc fragments, echo shards, and disc fragments.
Mud blocks can be used to create clay or mud brinks. These are made by mixing soil and water. There's also a new enchantment, and Frogs will debut during this update. This is a summary of key features and everything we know about Minecraft 1.19.
Minecraft 1.19 features
Deep dark biome
The new Deep Dark biome, which spawns underground within Deepslate's layer, will come with new block and can spawn Ancient cities. This biome also hosts the Warden.
You can get dirt by pouring water on it - this is true both in real life and with the new mudblock. To drain the moisture out of the dripstone and turn it to clay you can place a piece of mud on top. You can also make mud bricks using this method.
Mangrove swamp biome and mangrove tree biome
The Wild will include a major update to the swamp, including mangrove trees. Mangrove trees will grow from propagules which can be planted underwater or on land, and they'll grow up into big masses of root blocks with vines hanging down around them. They can be harvested for a new type of wood. You will also find mangrove swamp biomes.
Boats with chests
Most importantly, we're getting boats with chests in the them - quite self-explanatory. The developers suggest that the new world generation features will give you ample opportunity to take your storage-enhanced boat out on the river.
Allay mob
The allay mob, which won the vote, will be part of 1.19 too. It's a small, blue fairy-like creature that loves to dance and collects items.
Frogs
Frogs begin as tadpoles which can be put into a bucket. Books They then become one of three varieties of frogs: snowy swampy tropical or snowy depending on the temperature of their biome. Frogs will jump towards lily pads if they can, although they might be tempted by dripleaves to fall.
Frogs were initially going to be allowed to eat Fireflies, a planned new addition to 1.19. These luminous bugs were not going to be included in The Wild update, it was revealed. They may still turn up in a future release, but probably as their own thing.
